Kazakh Startups Present Innovative Solutions to the President During U.S. Visit, DKNews.kz reports.

As part of the President of Kazakhstan’s visit to the United States, a meeting was held with the founders of Kazakh technology companies representing a new generation of startups with strong global growth potential.

The presented projects demonstrated technological maturity, scalability, and confirmed investment appeal. All teams are residents of Astana Hub and Silkroad Innovation Hub, an international partner in the United States that supports the promotion of technologies and innovation from Central Eurasia to the local market.

«Today, we are seeing that Kazakh teams are not only able to create world-class technologies but also compete on the global stage. This confirms that Kazakhstan is building a sustainable innovation ecosystem, where ideas are transformed into products that are in demand worldwide» Deputy Prime Minister – Minister of Artificial Intelligence and Digital Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Zhaslan Madiyev

Four Kazakh startups were presented at the meeting, reflecting the scale and diversity of the country’s technological potential:

  1. VALINOR DISCOVERY – Zhanel Nugmanova, Founder and COO — a biotechnology startup using generative AI and multi-omics data to model virtual patients and predict drug efficacy.
  2. DEEPINFRA – Yesenzhar Kanapin, Co-Founder — provides a developer-friendly platform for fast, scalable, and cost-efficient machine learning and AI model inference via API.
  3. ARC AERO – Asel Tursun, Co-Founder and CEO — next-generation autonomous unmanned systems for public safety and logistics. ArcAero is already integrating with 911 systems and deploying response centers within U.S. law enforcement and healthcare systems.
  4. PERCEPTIS AI – Yersultan Sapar, Co-Founder and CTO — a generative AI-based platform for automating consulting and analytical deliverables: from archival research and strategy development to board-level materials. The company was founded by UC Berkeley alumni and former McKinsey and Apple employees.
«We see tasks that previously required weeks now being completed in minutes — with comparable quality and sourcing. This changes project economics: it reduces costs, accelerates decision-making, and raises the standards for deliverables. We are proud that this transformation of the U.S. consulting industry is being driven by a team from Kazakhstan: we are not catching up — we are setting the next benchmark. And we are doing so on the global market» Yersultan Sapar

The presented projects represent a new generation of Kazakh technological entrepreneurship — open, globally oriented, and competitive. Silkroad Innovation Hub plays an important role in developing this ecosystem in Silicon Valley, promoting Central Eurasia as a unified region and serving as a platform for learning and partnership building between technology entrepreneurs, experts, and innovators from the region and the United States.

«Over the past two years, our community has grown to more than 350 startups», summarized Asset Abdualiev, Founder and CEO of Silkroad Innovation Hub. «Venture investments raised have exceeded $100 million, and the combined valuation of portfolio companies is over $3 billion. The region has matured: talented founders no longer want to work only in large tech companies - they are building their own and scaling globally. Our task is to make Central Eurasia visible, recognizable, and respected in Silicon Valley, and to help startups move faster from initial pilots to repeatable sales».
