The issue was discussed during a meeting between Ambassador of Kazakhstan to Slovenia Altay Abibullayev and Deputy Prime Minister – Minister of Foreign and European Affairs of Slovenia Tanja Fajon, DKNews.kz reports.
During the talks, the two sides emphasized their shared interest in deepening economic cooperation and advancing partnership in digitalization, innovation and transport logistics. The meeting also highlighted an important upcoming milestone - in 2026, Kazakhstan and Slovenia will mark the 35th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations, a date that reflects the maturity and resilience of bilateral ties.
Tanja Fajon stressed that Kazakhstan is a key partner for Slovenia in Central Asia.
