The Chairman of the Committee on Constitutional Legislation, Judiciary and Law Enforcement Bodies of the RK Senate Vladimir Volkov held a reception of citizens involving representatives of the Supreme Court and General Prosecutor's Office of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Delovoy Kazakhstan reports.
An applicant appealed for help to the Senator because of the failure to take measures stipulated by law for full and objective investigation of the circumstances necessary for the appropriate resolution of the criminal case against her brother.
As a result of the reception the relevant explanations of the norms of criminal procedure law were given, her appeal was sent to the General Prosecutor's Office for consideration and arrangement of personal reception by the General Prosecutor
