McDonald’s Kazakhstan temporary suspends operations of all its restaurants

McDonald’s Kazakhstan (Food Solutions KZ, LLP) temporary suspends operations of all its restaurants from 18th of November, 2022 due to local supply limitations. The company is making every effort to resume operations promptly. The timing of the reopening of restaurants will be announced later, Delovoy Kazakhstan reports.

The company "Food Solutions KZ" LLP has been operating in Kazakhstan for more than 6 years and is one of the leaders in the quick service restaurants industry. The Company has 24 restaurants of McDonald's brand in the following cities of Kazakhstan: Almaty, Astana, Atyrau, Aktobe, Kostanay, Karaganda and employs about 2,000 people. During the period of its business activity McDonald’s in Kazakhstan has paid more than 3 billion KZT in taxes and is actively involved in helping the community. Over the past six years, the Company has donated more than 80 million KZT to charity.
