The «ISF World School Beach Volleyball-2023» Championship has started in Israel. Young athletes from over 18 countries take part in the world championship, including pupils of the Olympic Training Center in Almaty (in the age categories under 15 and under 18), DKNews.kz reports.
Alongside the tournament, a rich program has been devised to foster cultural exchange and educational opportunities. Participants will have the chance to engage in cultural discovery activities, such as the Nation Night, where teams can showcase their unique traditions and heritage.
The Ambassador of Kazakhstan to Israel Satybaldy Burshakov, and the staff of the Embassy, attended official opening of the championship to support the Kazakh team and wished them victories in the upcoming competitions.
