First Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan Roman Sklyar held a meeting with the delegation of the Government of Jiangsu Province of the People's Republic of China headed by Governor Xu Kunlin. The meeting was also attended by the Ambassador of the People's Republic of China in Kazakhstan Zhang Xiao, DKNews.kz reports.
During the conversation, the parties discussed promising areas of trade and economic and transportation and logistics cooperation.
The meeting also touched upon issues of cooperation in the field of cultural and humanitarian and agro-industrial complex.
In welcoming the representatives of the delegation Sklyar noted that Kazakhstan pays special attention to the development of bilateral relations with the PRC.
The Governor, in turn, emphasized the high dynamics of relations between the countries, and expressed interest in further development of cooperation in transport and logistics, industrial, energy and cultural and humanitarian spheres.
