ICHECK: Kazakhstan has presented plans to deepen cooperation with the European Union

Prospects for Cooperation between Kazakhstan and the EU were presented at the ICHEC Brussels School of Management, DKNews.kz reports.

Ambassador of Kazakhstan to Belgium Margulan Baimukhan presented the prospects for cooperation between Kazakhstan and the European Union at the international scientific and practical Conference on Global Leadership at the ICHEC Brussels School of Management. The event was attended by representatives of diplomatic circles, teaching staff, as well as university students.

During his presentation, Margulan Baimukhan spoke about the trade, economic and investment potential of Kazakhstan and Central Asia. The Kazakh diplomat drew special attention of the participants to the deepening of political and economic ties between Central Asia and the EU, and also noted Kazakhstan’s focus on further supporting interregional cooperation.

In this context, Margulan Baimukhan spoke about the joint work of Central Asian and European institutions on the development of the Middle Corridor, the supply of critical raw materials, and the production of green energy.

Representative of the ICHEC Brussels School of Management, Professor Sed Saad, expressed hope for the further development of mutually beneficial relations between Central Asia and the European Union, as well as for the continued deepening of scientific and educational ties between universities in the regions.

The event was also attended by the Heads of the diplomatic missions of Saudi Arabia, Serbia, and others.

ICHEC Brussels School of Management was founded in 1954. About 3 thousand students from 60 countries study at the university. More than 300 university teachers train bachelors and masters in the fields of business administration, management, finance, etc.
