From June 11 to 13, 2025, the International Exhibition Center “EXPO” in Astana will welcome the first-ever EXPOGOODS CENTRAL ASIA — a major international forum and trade fair designed to become a leading industry platform for enhancing trade and economic cooperation across Central Asia, the CIS, the Middle East, Asia, and Europe.
The event will bring together participants from more than 10 countries, including Azerbaijan, Belarus, Iran, China, Kyrgyzstan, the United Arab Emirates, Pakistan, Russia, Turkey, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan, and member states of the European Union. Its primary goals are to foster cross-border collaboration, boost import-export activities, and expand business partnerships throughout the region.
A Dynamic Business Program
The forum will feature a packed agenda of plenary sessions, panel discussions, and roundtables involving government officials, business leaders, and international experts. Topics will span international trade, logistics, retail digitalization, and sustainable development in the FMCG sector.
A key highlight of the opening day will be the Astana International Trade Forum, focused on concrete trade opportunities between global suppliers and buyers. Special emphasis will be placed on unlocking the export potential of Kazakhstani producers.
As part of the International Retailers’ Days, pitch sessions will offer local and international manufacturers the chance to present their products and innovations directly to representatives of major global retail chains — a unique gateway to new markets and direct commercial ties.
Personalized B2B matchmaking meetings will also take place, helping to establish long-term contracts and strengthen supply chains.
Spotlight on the HoReCa Industry
On the second day, the HoReCa Congress will gather over 150 companies from the hospitality industry. Attendees will explore trends in hospitality, cutting-edge equipment and service innovations, and best practices in management and marketing.
Extensive Exhibition Areas
The exhibition will showcase a diverse array of products and solutions across several thematic zones:
- FOOD GOODS & HORECA: food and beverages, supplements, and dietary products;
- OUTDOOR HORECA: outdoor equipment and furnishings for terraces, patios, and off-site events;
- NON-FOOD GOODS: home and interior products, tableware, household chemicals, cosmetics, hygiene items, children’s goods, pet products, and stationery;
- PRODUCTION & SERVICE: raw materials, packaging, machinery, logistics services, and business support solutions.
