License for export of domestic raw materials can now be issued online on elicense.kz portal, DKnews.kz reports.
A new service for legal entities has become available on the elicense.kz portal: obtaining a license for the export of raw materials included in the list of domestic raw materials. The service is fully automated, enabling entrepreneurs to apply online.
A license is required for the legal export of certain categories of raw materials produced in Kazakhstan. The innovation greatly enhances the efficiency of application submission and oversight.
To get the service, the user needs to:
- log in on the elicense.kz portal;
- go to the «Import, export of goods» section and select the service «Issuance of licenses for the export of raw materials included in the list of domestic raw materials»;
- fill-in the electronic form, attach the required documents, pay the state fee;
- sign an application using a DS or QR code.
The application is considered within 5 working days. Once issued, the license will be available in the user's personal account on the elicense.kz portal in the «Permits» section. If your application is declined, you'll see the reason in the «My Applications» module. The service is available to legal entities throughout the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The amount of the state fee for issuing the license is 10 MCI. The payment is made in any second-tier bank to the address of the tax authority at the place where the legal entity is registered.
The service was launched thanks to the cooperation of the Public Services Committee of the Ministry of Digital Development, Innovations and Aerospace Industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan, National Information Technologies JSC and the Ministry of Industry and Construction of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
