The first low cost airline in Kazakhstan is pleased to launch mobile application, available now for download on App Store or Google Play to all smartphone users of both iOS and Android devices.
Now customers through application can do more of self-service to check-in for flight, add to their booking additional services such as seat selection, baggage, meal pre-order, etc.), rebook flights and by enabling push- notifications can receive news on best deals.
Mobile application is available in three languages Kazakh, Russian and English and offers customers easy access to passenger details and purchased tickets once logged in. In the menu, customers will be able to see all saved boarding passes of online check in. Online chat with Customer Service agent is also available if any help is required.
According to Commercial director of FlyArystan - Janar Jailauova, the mobile application is a new high-quality level of customer service. “We tried to make FlyArystan mobile application as simple and functional as possible. And by launching the application we will take a step forward as part of an innovative strategy to create a digital approach in planning the journey", added the Commercial head of the low cost airline.
Let us remind that the first time low-cost airline FlyArystan started its flights in May 2019. At present time the Carrier's aircrafts are based in in Almaty and Nur-Sultan hubs and soon they will begin to fly from Atyrau and Shymkent to 9 directions, as well as 5 directions from Karaganda.
