The phenomenon of Elbasy's leadership, the formula for success and the creative role of Nursultan Nazarbayev in the formation and development of independent Kazakhstan were discussed by experts at a round table organized by the Kazakhstan Institute of Social Development "Rukhani Zhagyru".
Today, November 26, opening the work of the round table "The First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan: 30 years of creation and development", Minister Aida Balayeva noted that the chronicle of the achievements of 30 years of progressive development of Kazakhstan is the history of the leadership of Elbasy.
The event was attended by the Chairman of the Board of the Kazakhstan Institute of Social Development Ruhani Zhagyru Daniyar Yesin, statesman Toleutai Suleimenov, Deputy Director of the KazISS under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan Sanat Kushkumbayev, President of the Russian State Humanitarian University Efim Pivovar, Director of the Expert Institute of European Law and Human Rights Marat Bashimov, Professor of the National University of Uzbekistan Niginahon Shermukhamedova, Chairman of the Association of Departments of the ANC ENU named after LN Gumilyova, Academician of the Moscow Aviation Institute Natalia Kalashnikova and other experts.
According to the participants of the round table, the creation of the Assembly of the People of Kazakhstan, the transfer and construction of a new capital, the implementation of anti-nuclear and integration initiatives, the country's membership in the UN Security Council, the chairmanship in the OSCE, the development of new technologies in the country - the implementation of these and other steps of the Elbasy laid a solid foundation for further development Kazakhstan.
One of the issues of the expert discussion was the role of the "Rukhani Zhagyru" program, initiated by Elbasy.
According to experts, it is an important ideological basis for large-scale reforms carried out in the country, and is aimed at the spiritual revival of Kazakhstanis.
Head of the Department of ANC, Chairman of the Association of Departments of ANK ENU L.N. Gumilyova, Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences, Academician of the Moscow Aviation Institute Natalia Kalashnikova stressed:
