On December 9, the closing of the Republican youth educational project "ZEREN" on the theme "Youth in a new reality: Time for action", organized at the initiative of the Ministry of Information and Social Development, took place in an online format. The event was attended by Chairman of the Senate of Parliament Maulen Ashimbaev, Minister of Information and Public Development Aida Balaeva, members of the Presidential Youth Personnel Reserve, leaders of youth associations, volunteers, Bolashak scholarships, students of universities and colleges from all regions of the country. In his speech, Speaker of the Senate Maulen Ashimbaev congratulated all participants on the upcoming Independence Day of the country and emphasized the important role of youth in preserving sovereignty and strengthening statehood. Minister Aida Balaeva thanked all the participants of the project and noted that ZEREN is not just an educational platform, but also a place for young people to get acquainted with famous people of the country. In 2020, due to the emerging sanitary and epidemiological situation, the project was carried out in an online format and was aimed at the comprehensive consolidation of young people in the new realities that create conditions for self-development, the implementation of the idea of a “Hearing State” through the prism of the opinion of the younger generation. This format of the event provided an opportunity for more than 4500 young people from all over the country to demonstrate their skills, ideas and a chance to meet famous people of the country, get advice and practical advice from them. ZEREN operated on two key platforms - Online Bilim and Online Dialog. Online Bilim is an online learning platform that empowers young people to gain new knowledge through online lessons. Aida Balaeva also noted: “More than 1,300 young people from all over Kazakhstan took part in Online Bilim. Youth representatives, together with experts, learned to develop startups and business projects. " The minister said that as a result of the work of this section, a scientific and educational YouTube channel "Kieli tabihat" will be created, the video content of which will be distributed in schools, colleges and universities by the efforts of committees for youth affairs and youth resource centers. It is also planned to train the leaders of eco-movements, who will continue on a volunteer basis to promote the principles of eco-philosophy among young people and conduct eco-campaigns. In general, this year the training took place in five areas: information technology, youth entrepreneurship, personal development, civic activism, volunteering. The second key component of the project is the Online Dialog platform, which included 5 areas: information technology, high-quality and affordable education, employment and employment, personal development and the implementation of state youth policy. "Online Dialog" became not only a place for discussion, but also introduced young people to government and public figures, representatives of the expert and business communities. It should be noted that one of the main objectives of the project was to involve rural youth from the regions in the work. There were 25 connections in the Online Bilim direction and 5 connections in the Online Dialog direction ”. Since the launch of the 2020 project, which began on November 9, participants have improved their competence, skills in the field of volunteering, civic activism, youth entrepreneurship, IT technologies, personal development from the best Kazakh speakers, professionals in their field such as Sayasat Nurbek, Zhanna Ibraeva, Emin Askerov, Akhmetov Asset and others. In addition, within the framework of the dialogue platform, the speakers were deputies of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan, ministers and vice-ministers of sectoral ministries, public figures, political scientists, experts, etc. As a result of the work of the entire project, recordings of all video lessons, master classes were prepared, which are planned to be posted in the public domain on the video hosting YouTube, thanks to which anyone will be given the opportunity to familiarize themselves and discover something new. The event ended with the awarding of the 2020 Daryn State Youth Prize laureates for fruitful scientific, creative, social activities, as well as for high sports achievements. Recall that the ZEREN project began in 2018 and during this time has established itself as an effective platform for launching business projects presented by youth in all regions of the country, increasing the access of rural youth to the economic and social infrastructure, identifying and uniting active, talented youth in rural areas. terrain.
