On May 19-20, President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev will pay an official visit to the Republic of Tajikistan at the invitation of President Emomali Rahmon, reports Delovoy Kazakhstan.

During the visit, Kassym-Jomart Tokayev and Emomali Rahmon are scheduled to meet in a narrow and expanded format.
The agenda of the talks includes the development of the Kazakh-Tajik strategic partnership with an emphasis on further strengthening the political dialogue, increasing trade, economic, investment, cultural and humanitarian cooperation.
Special attention will be paid to enhancing regional cooperation, ensuring stability and security in Central Asia.
