President of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev instructed the State Commission for Ensuring the Emergency Situation and Atameken to work out a set of measures to support employers, especially small and medium businesses.
In his speech, Kassym-Jomart Tokayev noted that during the state of emergency, persons who lost their income due to the introduction of the state of emergency are guaranteed monthly payments. They will amount to KZT 42,500, which corresponds to the minimum wage.
In total, at least 1.5 million Kazakhstanis can count on such support during the crisis.
These funds will help employers save jobs during the State of Emergency and support employees during forced downtime.
Now it is necessary to develop a transparent and effective mechanism for the distribution of funds in the shortest possible time. For this purpose, Atameken initiated a survey among entrepreneurs on the issue of releasing personnel. Your data will help to better study the scale of the problem and its details, which means that the funds will be directed to your employees if your company has suffered in connection with the emergency regime.
