Ambassador of Kazakhstan Presents Credentials to President of Pakistan

The Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Kazakhstan to the Islamic Republic of Pakistan Yerzhan Kistafin presented his letter of credence to the President of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, Dr. Arif Alvi, Delovoy Kazakhstan reports.

The Pakistani President congratulated the Ambassador with posting, stressed a high level of trust in two countries relationship and emphasized the need for enhancing trade and economic cooperation, as well as for strengthening Kazakh-Pak ties in the context of interregional interaction.

In this regard, Dr. Arif Alvi particularly underlined the need for stabilization of the situation in Afghanistan, of what Pakistan so interested in.

On his own part, the Kazakh Ambassador fully agreed with the points of the President of Pakistan and conveyed that Nur-Sultan and Islamabad have same approaches with respect to enhancing bilateral cooperation.

Apart from development of trade and economy the Ambassador outlined the importance of collaboration in the field of culture and humanitarian ties, which in his opinion, would bring two countries closer to each other.

Kistafin also briefed the President of Pakistan on key messages of the State of the Nation Address delivered by the President of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev on 1 September 2021.

In conclusion, the President of Pakistan wished all the best to the new Ambassador and retreated the commitment of the Pakistani part to do its best in implementation of the outlined plans.
