Deputies of the Senate of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan Vladimir Volkov, Bakytzhan Zhumagulov and Kairat Kozhamzharov took part in the work of the Permanent Commissions of IPA CIS, Delovoy Kazakhstan reports.
Senator Vladimir Volkov discussed with his colleagues the legal issues relating to the model acts "On Insurance Activities", "On Financial Transactions", "On the Means of Enforcement of Obligations", "On Foundations", "On Protection of Consumer Rights". Besides, Vladimir Volkov, a Deputy of the Senate of the IPA CIS Member States, was re-elected as a Deputy Chairman of the IPA CIS Permanent Commission on Legal Issues.
At the meeting of the IPA CIS Standing Committee on Science and Education Bakytzhan Zhumagulov together with his colleagues considered the work on the recommendations for coherent approaches to the development of a modern pharmaceutical education system in the CIS Member States, on the promising areas of model law-making in science and education as well as the normative regulation of artificial intelligence.
And Kairat Kozhamzharov took part in the discussion of organizational issues in the field of defense and security. In addition the participants of the meeting discussed the results of the Commission's work in 2021 and made proposals for the long-term plan of model lawmaking in the Commonwealth of Independent States for 2023-2025.
