On May 9 2022, the Ambassador of Kazakhstan to the UAE M.Menilbekov took part in the opening ceremony of the stand of Kazakhstan within the framework of the exhibition "Arabian Travel Market 2022" in Dubai, Delovoy Kazakhstan reports.
ATM is one of the largest tourist exhibitions in the Middle East. More than 1,500 companies from 112 countries are taking part in the event. Nine Kazakhstani companies are represented at the exhibition.
Ambassador M. Menilbekov met with Managing Director of "Kazakh Tourism" D. Serzhanuly and Head of the Tourism Department of Almaty S. Amankeldi, where they discussed the prospects of the tourism industry, including ways to attract tourists from the UAE to Kazakhstan. During the talks, it was noted that in recent years the number of tourists visiting Kazakhstan from Arab countries, including the UAE, has been increasing.
