A visiting meeting of deputies of the Committee on Constitutional Legislation, the Judicial System and Law Enforcement Agencies of the Senate of the Parliament was held today at the Agency for Civil Service Affairs, DKNews.kz reports.

The main purpose of the event is to discuss topical issues of further improvement of legislation in the field of public service.
The Chairman of the Agency Darkhan Zhazykbayev spoke about the progress of the ongoing work to improve the civil service:
«In accordance with the instruction of the Head of State, measures are being implemented step by step to eliminate unnecessary barriers to entering the civil service and simplify the procedure for «exiting» it.» Darkhan Zhazykbayev

The head of the ACSA emphasized the joint work with the deputy corps on legislative changes aimed at reforming the civil service system.

During the event, the issues of the formation of the service model of the state apparatus, the establishment of the Agency as a full-fledged HR institute, the Presidential Youth Personnel Reserve, the creation of regional youth personnel reserves, rotation and evaluation of civil servants were discussed.

The deputies were presented with the work on further improvement of the civil service, including the issues of modernization of the «E-qyzmet» system and optimization of personnel business processes aimed at digitalization of the civil service.

Thus, an external portal of the «E-qyzmet» system has been created, allowing candidates for public service to be selected online, as well as ensuring transparency and objectivity of all competitive procedures. The system will be tested in five state bodies.
During the event, the deputies got acquainted with the work of the office of the Presidential Youth Personnel Reserve, a digital coworking hall for Academy students, a hologram hall that allows reproducing information in the form of 3D holographic lectures, etc.
