Judge of the Supreme Court of Kazakhstan Mr. Umirtay Ibrayev has participated in the Judicial Colloquium “Judicial protection of human rights and public interests against environmental pollution from chemicals and wastes” that took place in Palais des Nations on April 3-4, DKNews.kz reports.
The event focused on discussing the current trends in the implementation of the UNECE’s Aarhus Convention which is aimed at ensuring access to information and public participation in decision-making in environmental matters.
