The Embassy of Kazakhstan in Belgium held a meeting with public and political figures, as well as representatives of Belgian businesses.
Ambassador of Kazakhstan to Belgium, Margulan Baimukhan, spoke to the participants about Kazakhstan’s achievements in building a Just Kazakhstan, the country’s focus on further diversifying its economy, developing the energy sector, and the transport and logistics sphere. Special attention was paid to the investment and trade-economic opportunities of our country.
Participants of the event were also presented with the Kazakh Government measures to improve the investment climate, as well as the opportunities available for developing cooperation in logistics, agriculture, tourism, and other areas.
Ambassador Baimukhan particularly emphasized the growing role of the Trans-Caspian International Transport Route in expanding trade relations and establishing business contacts between Europe and Asia.
During the presentation of a video on the tourism potential of Kazakhstan, there was an exchange of views on the most attractive tourist destinations in Kazakhstan. The guests expressed their intention to visit our country in the near future.
Belgian public and political figure, and representative of the Kazakh diaspora, Nazgul Balmukhanova, noted that such events give an impetus to further fruitful cooperation, allowing new points of contact to be found and establishing connections between citizens of the two countries.
