As reported by DKnews.kz, MOST Holding and Growth Vision Pro Ltd (GVP) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) during the Central Eurasian Venture Forum (CEVF 2025). The agreement is aimed at strategic cooperation in supporting and scaling technology startups across Kazakhstan, Central Eurasia, the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries, and China, marking a new chapter in Kazakhstan’s integration into the global innovation ecosystem.

The two parties agreed to collaborate across several key areas designed to promote sustainable growth and global expansion of startups:

  • Attracting international tech startups to Kazakhstan, enabling them to participate in MOST’s acceleration and incubation programs;
  • Helping Kazakhstani startups enter international markets, including China, the GCC, and Southeast Asia, through support from GVP and the Khan-Tengri Innovation Hub in Shanghai;
  • Co-developing and promoting educational, acceleration, and investment programs;
  • Organizing cross-border events, such as investment sessions, demo days, expert webinars, and networking forums;
  • Supporting startups throughout all stages of development — from soft landing to building strategic partnerships and joint ventures.

According to Alim Khamitov, Managing Partner of MOST Holding, the agreement represents a significant milestone in strengthening Kazakhstan’s ties with rapidly evolving global tech markets:

“This agreement strengthens the bridge between Kazakhstan and some of the world’s most dynamic technology markets. We are confident that our collaboration with GVP will open new horizons for startups in the region.”

The MoU was signed on behalf of GVP by Lazzat Borankulova, the company’s Director. In her remarks, she emphasized the strategic importance of Central Eurasia in the global innovation landscape:

“We are delighted to join forces with MOST to build a sustainable platform for the international growth of startups. Central Eurasia is becoming an important link in the global innovation chain, and we aim to contribute to its advancement.”

The memorandum is valid for three years and will serve as a strong foundation for practical cooperation through future programs and initiatives focused on international integration, knowledge exchange, and supporting tech entrepreneurship both within Kazakhstan and beyond.
