New Openings in 2025
Dubai continues to actively expand its hotel sector. In 2025, Dubai strengthened its status as a global gastronomy capital. The fourth edition of the Michelin Guide Dubai 2025 includes 119 restaurants representing 35 global cuisines. For the first time, two Dubai venues - FZN by Björn Frantzén and Trèsind Studio - received three Michelin stars each.
