The representative delegation of U.S. Congress staff members visited the cities of Atyrau, Almaty and Nur-Sultan with a view to strengthen the inter-parliamentary dialogue between Kazakhstan and United States, Delovoy Kazakhstan reports.



During their trip, they met with Chairwoman of the Committee on International Affairs, Defense and Security of the Mazhilis of the Parliament Aigul Kuspan, Commissioner for Human Rights Elvira Azimova, representatives of the Presidential Administration, Ministry of Foreign Affairs and other state organs, business circles and civil society.





The staffers of the U.S. Congress commended the political and economic reforms initiated by President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev and wished success on their further implementation in holding the upcoming referendum.
