As part of the international Dala.Camp Forum 2026, scheduled for February 14–15, a specialized pitching session called Livestock Pitch will be held. The format is designed for projects in livestock farming and related industries and aims to create a practical platform for dialogue between entrepreneurs, investors and strategic market partners, DKNews.kz reports.
Livestock Pitch is positioned as an applied, business-oriented format that prioritizes clear communication and real-world applicability over formal presentations.
Not a competition, but a working platform
Organizers emphasize that Livestock Pitch is not a competition and does not involve prizes or investment obligations. Its main purpose is to give projects an opportunity to present their solutions, business models and development plans to stakeholders who may be interested in investment, partnerships or real implementation.
According to Zhanibek Kenzhebayev, Head of the Forum Organizing Committee and Chairman of the Board of the Turan Kazakhstan Livestock Association, the format was created in response to a clear market need.

“Today there are many initiatives and ideas in livestock farming, but there is not always a convenient platform where projects can be evaluated from a practical perspective — in terms of applicability, numbers and real development scenarios. Livestock Pitch creates such a space and helps shorten the path from an idea or operating business to concrete agreements and further negotiations.”
Focus on practical value
During the pitch session, project teams will be able to explain not only what they do, but also why the market needs it, how their solution can be implemented, and what impact it can deliver for farms, processing facilities or export-oriented businesses.

For investors and partners, Livestock Pitch offers a structured way to review selected projects in one place, compare approaches and identify promising directions for future cooperation.
Who can participate
Applications are open to:
- startups at the MVP, pilot or early growth stage,
- operating companies with existing business activities, revenue and assets that are interested in scaling, investment or partnerships.
Project selection will be carried out by the forum’s expert committee based on an approved regulation and transparent criteria. As a result, a short list of up to 10 projects will be formed and presented within the forum’s business program.
Zhanibek Kenzhebayev highlighted the practical orientation of the format:
“We are organizing Livestock Pitch to ensure that discussions about the development of livestock farming move beyond general conversations. It is important for us to showcase concrete projects and solutions that can be implemented in practice and deliver real impact for the industry.”
Application timeline
Applications for Livestock Pitch will be accepted from January 15 to January 26. The final pitching session will take place on February 15 as part of the business program of Dala.Camp Forum 2026.
